We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with experience of managing rail structures such as buildings and platforms. You will be accustomed to managing paperwork, materials, equipment, labour and sub-contractors and be able to implement site management plans whilst always ensuring that health and safety requirements are met at all times.
The role requires you to:
- Manage infrastructure contracts
- Be responsible for works on site
- Give weekly updates to Managers
- Plan for allocation of personnel, resources etc
- Implement all relevant paperwork (site safety, management plans, timesheets, records etc)
- Manage site personnel, liaise with clients etc
You’ll need experience of:
- Managing site and personnel
- Civils engineering projects
- Experience of scour works
Qualifications required:
- Suitably qualified by experience
- PTS
- SMSTS
- IOSH
- COSS
