Signalling Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for Signalling Team Leaders to join the team of a well-established, growing and successful UK Rail company. This role is located on various sites in the South East.

Requirements:

·      Experience of leading installation teams on a variety of projects

·      Ensuring that work meets all required quality standards

·      Experienced of planning and organising shifts to ensure materials are in place, designs are followed and works are delivered within specified timescales

·      You’ll need to be able to carry out reviews of signalling diagrams, complete relevant paperwork and carry out post-shift reporting

·      Good communication skills are essential

·       Have installation and construction skills of multiple types of equipment

·       Be able to work and lodge away from home

Qualifications/Competencies Required:

·      IRSE Signalling Team Leader 1.8.100 (hold or be working towards)

·      Valid PTS

·      COSS

·      Have or be working towards SMTH competence

·       Manual handling, small tools, First Aid at Work (desirable)

·       Full UK driving licence
