What are we looking for?
As we continue to grow, TRS are looking for experienced and dedicated RRV Operators to help us to continue to deliver our services using our latest up to date plant fleet. Customer focus is a particular quality required as you will essentially be a face of the business whilst working on out track.
Completion of pre-use checks and safe operation of our fleet, reporting of defects to enable us to maintain our GOLD status for reliability and a conscientious polite helpful can-do attitude to help the client achieve their targets.
Full driving licence required.
At least 3 years rail plant experience preferred. Our competitive hourly rates are dependant on experience and ability and will be discussed during your application.
What can you expect?
In return we provide a company van, competitive hourly rate, 4 weeks holiday entitlement and a guaranteed weekly minimum weekly retainer of £750, which we believe demonstrates our confidence in future growth.

Working with leading contractors including Balfour Beatty, Amco, Lundy Projects and Allun Griffiths, we support some of the most prestigious Network Rail, Crossrail and London Underground projects across the UK.
Under our full On-Track Plant Operations Scheme (POS) approval we support a wide range of projects, such as Overhead Line Equipment (OLE), permanent way and civils work.
We own over 80 road rail vehicles and a broad range of attachments and employ a 300 strong workforce that includes, POS Supervisors, Crane Controllers, Machine Controllers, Plant Operatives and contingent labour, this is led by an experienced management team.
