We are looking for multiple Project Managers for a role in an established UK company with works predominantly in the rail sector. Experience in one or more of rail, civils, properties and structures projects will be desirable for these roles.
As part of this role you will:
- Be responsible for the management of rail related projects, ensuring that all project are co-ordinated and meet performance criteria
- Maintain and develop client relationships and develop work opportunities
- Adhere and promote professional Health & Safety procedures
- Manage the operations within the delivery depot and develop a framework delivery team
- Requisition of works materials, plant, sub-contractors and equipment etc
- Manage Managers and Personnel
- Preparation of required site documentation
- Liaise with clients, develop relationships and represent the company at meetings as required
- Provide technical support, advice and guidance to Site Managers
Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Experience in rail civil engineering and experience of working in a Project Management capacity
- Experience of Project Managing reactive works
- Civil Engineering Construction work (at least 5 years) – Essential
- Management of multiple reactive work sites – Essential
- Suitably qualified by experience
- Railway Safety Training (PTS)
- Continued professional development courses as appropriate (SMSTS, MAPM)
