Role Responsibility
This is what some of our existing Passenger Hosts have to say....
“I love working as Passenger Host as it gives me so much variety in my role - one week I will be working the gates and the next week in the ticket office”
“Working in a modern station environment is great, it makes assisting our customers even easier”
“It’s nice to interact with customers who enjoy travelling on our high speed service”
“Because we all undertake a multi-functional role, this creates a strong team bond as we all understand the demands of all the roles within a busy station”
