About the role:

We are excited to recruit experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives to support the successful delivery Rail Civils projects that meet with, or better, our client's expectations.
Based in Kent and operating across Network Rail’s infrastructure across Wessex, Kent and Sussex, the successful candidate must have a full driving licence.
As well as sharing the ethos and values of our Company and an excellent understanding of how to work safely, candidates should have some of the following competencies:
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Experience of working in Rail, Civils or Construction industries
• Full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving to sites across the South East
Whilst not essential, you may have prior experience of working along the railway and hold a PTS card.
You’ll be a self-motivated team member who can work both independently and ‘muck-in’ as part of a team. You will take pride in your work, complete tasks to a high standard, in line with COOMBES’s ethos and values. As you will be field-based for the majority of your time, you must be happy to work in all that the British weather has to offer!
