Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic materials controller, to work within a busy central warehouse to complete a major stock take.

Location (s): Stockport

Rate: £19.15 (Inside IR35)

Duration: 3 months

Hours: Days M-F, 40 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities

  • Complete Stocking taking and counts.
  • Update in house stock systems, including bespoke software.
  • Keep reports up to date with stock movements.
  • Use a Forklift truck to ensure components and parts are packed aware effectively.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a warehouse or stores environment. They will also be able to update in house stock systems, reports and spreadsheets.

Essentials

  • Previous Warehouse experience
  • History of completing reports and spreadsheets
  • Able to operate a forklift licence
  • Full UK Driving licence and own transport

Desirable

  • Able to communicate in the Spanish language
  • RTITB FLT licence

Other information: A pre-employment Drugs & Alcohol test and Medical must be passed prior to start.
