Are you an experienced HSQE professional, ready to take on a Head of position, with a highly established organisation managing their southern region of projects?
The Role and Responsibilities
This exciting role will see you managing the HSQE for civil engineering projects across the UK of the UK and into Wales, with a highly experienced team supporting you, you will be reporting to the HSQE Director. You will be a visible present across the various sites to provide support and guidance to HSQE staff at the relevant projects as well as supporting the Regional Managing Director and Regional Operations Directors, representing the business at senior level during client meetings, and supporting PQQ and bid responses.

You will be working for a Principal Contractors within the Rail Civil Engineering sector, supporting projects with Network Rail, TfL as well as Train Operating Companies across the UK. Remuneration & Benefits
Salary of up to 84,000 per annum, plus company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will also enjoy a flexible and hybrid approach to employment, company pension scheme.
About You
To be successful in landing this opportunity, you'll be an experienced Senior HSQE Professional, with a background in the Rail or Civil Engineering sector. You'll hold a relevant qualification in Health & Safety - Degree/NVQ5/6 and/or be a Chartered Member of IOSH
