Role overview:

You will be expected to provide an effective administrative support to the teams across the client. You will be expected to complete straightforward analysis, reporting and troubleshooting in the provision of a high-quality support service to colleagues, stakeholders and partners.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will have proven administrative experience working within a busy office environment, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Customer service experience is essential as well as the ability to write reports and business letters, work with sensitive and confidential material and manage database storage and retrieval systems. You will have developed and implemented office processes and procedures and will be confident attending team meetings, producing agendas and writing minutes.
