We’re looking for an Administrator to join a small team within a large company with works in railway civils. This role offers plenty of scope for progression within a growing, successful and well established company.
As a Construction Administrator you would be working within the Buildings department and supporting the Project Co-ordinator.
Main duties:
· Submitting daily and weekly working schedules
· Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
· Liaising with site workers
· Altering work plans as required
· Informing relevant parties of on-call information for forthcoming works
· Compiling KPI reports
· Submitting buried service requests
· Liaising with clients to provide updates on works and updating client software
· Producing site packs
· Maintaining records as required
· General administrative duties to include filing, scanning, diary management, minute taking, reception/phone duties and clerical support.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
· Previous administration experience
· Rail/construction experience – not essential, but desirable
· MS Office
· Confident, self-motivated & proactive with a professional phone manner and good communication skills
· An ability to work with others
· A good level of education (GCSEs English or Maths, NVQ L3 Business Administration, NVQ Customer Service)
