HOURS OF WORK:8AM - 12PM Monday to Friday
SALARY:
25K to 27K Pro Rata
KEY ROLE DELIVERABLES - Filing both company and project documentation.
- Taking Meeting Minutes
- General admin ad-hoc duties
- Document preparation – routine correspondence, and reports.
- Understand and be responsible for the company's operating objectives and standards of performance on projects.
- Familiarizing yourself with new software (adaptation)
- Handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout.
- Ensuring all operatives training certificates are check and are uploaded to internal company portal.
- Ensuring all documentation meets format requirements and client/company standards.
- Producing document progress reports for Project Managers as required
- Conducting regular review audits
- Collecting and storing files from various company departments
QUALIFICATIONS - Microsoft 360 Knowledge (preferred).
- Experience in Administration or similar
- Driving license (preferred).
ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE SKILLS - Good interpersonal skills whilst being honest and reliable.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and proactive.
- Having organization skills / document management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and self-motivated
